Policy:
It has always been MAMStore’s policy to treat our customers in exactly in the way we like to be treated ourselves. Our toes curl at the sight of small print, but it appears that not only to add to our creditability but to comply with new legislation (EC Distance Selling Directive) we are required to offer you our own 'large print' version. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced).
Data & Privacy:
The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party.

Contact:
We will contact you in connection with your order and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by the date specified. Every time you place a order with MAMStore, you will automatically be put on the mailing list.
Delivery:
Obviously you the customer recognise that we do rely on Royal Mail's postal service (or other suitable carrier for overseas deliveries) to perform the 'contract'. We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. Whereas we have so rarely had a complaint about the quality of our goods, there have been a very small number of occasions (less than 0.03%) when due to circumstances entirely beyond our control our goods have not arrived by the requested time. As soon as we have learned of this we will always offer a resolution.
If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom and Guernsey, no additional taxes will be charged to you. If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom and Guernsey you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Payment:
All payments must be made at the time of placing the order if by debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro. If we are unable to accept your order then we shall, at our option, either not debit your debit or credit card or if payment has been taken, refund to your debit or credit card any money paid by you in respect of that order.
Paypal as a payment method this option can be used with or without a paypal account.
A currency converter is as an indication of currency conversion only. All purchases made will be charged in Pounds Sterling (£). All overseas orders will be charged in their respective currencies based on current exchange rates.
MAMstore do not accept cheques or postal orders.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you.
Refunds:
We guarantee to refund the value of any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or underwear unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Please remeber to state on your returns slip if you require a refund or an exchange if not this could result in delays when processing your return items. Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Certificates of Posting are available free when you post your mail from your local Post Office™. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-5 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned for a refund will show on your statement as a refund / credit from MAM PROCESSING Ltd. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.

Pre - Orders
Please note that Pre-orders will not be shipped until the pre-order release date.
Should you require any "in stock" items earlier then please call customer services to arrange for a separate delivery.

7 Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
Delivery Information:
If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the return delivery charges a copy of the receipt for the postage costs is required.
